Are Ubuntu kernels "vanilla" or "flavoured"?

I actually would like to know whether Ubunutu kernels have been patched or not form the vanilla tree.
If so, I'd like to know where to get those patches.

The kernels are patched from the debian tree, you can use git to grab a vanilla kernel and diff them.
