network trogth usb modem and home network with eth0

Hi i using Linux ubuntu 10.10 , and internet connection trougth modem Huawei 1752 who is using usb port , but I want made a home network who gives internet to other PC in lan network trogth cable (eth0).

but when i connect to internet and plug in cable in bouth PC's than usb modem lost connection , and internet not working.

how i must slove this problem?

Connect the cable first and then you connect the modem on the internet.
If I wanted to do some configuration on the device ETH0 do before connecting your modem to the Internet, for both the cable connection, as do configuration with the modem connected to the internet drops.
