How can I enable others tty's on gutsy?

I'm using gutsy and I cannot access the tty's pressing <crtl>+<alt>+<fn>.
How can I enable this?

I think you might have a bug here, that is expected terminal behavior across any linux platform.

I know, but I don't have this behavior since I installed gutsy.
