Received Ubuntu CD holders without CDs

I requested 3 Ubuntu CDs. I recently received 3 Ubuntu CD holders with no CDs in them. Could I get the CD to put in the holders?

This must be an accident, you can either order again, wait for the new release (Mid October) or download the current version.

I think you must send a mail to them and explain your problem, that helps in two ways:
 * the first, they don't deny you any future requests, because they know you don't get those CDs
 * second, that helps them to avoid that mistake in the future
