My screenshot software is working but the switch is not. I tried with external usb keyboard but its not hardware problem. It was working well before update. what should I do? thanks

Why did you put this question in the winff package section? It has nothing to do with it.

Your keyboard bindings have probably changed, such that printscreen is no longer directed to run the screenshot program.

System->preferences->keyboard shortcuts

scroll down to "take a screenshot", then reassign the binding.
