Looks like a Windows application, right?

Two solutions then:

-install wine, then install Tally. Can work, but no guarantee.
-install Vmware or Virtualbox, install a Windows 2000 or XP as a virtual computer, and install it there.

Second solution is usually easier, but requires a more powerful computer.
