Asked by Tiago Dâmaso

Hello,

I've installed Ubuntu 10.10 on my netbook, a Toshiba NB300, it works very well but when i press the on button i need to hold down a key to start the system. The same thing happens when i shutdown. If i don't press and hold any key the system don't starts or shutdown.

there is a problem with 10.10 on the toshiba netbook. you will want to install version 10.04 instead.

Well,

I installed the 10.10 netbook edition because the 10.04 desktop version had some issues regarding some windows that were bigger than the screen and it enables the bluetooth but the boot issue continues.

Can you help with this problem?
