transfer packages to laptop

Hi, is it possible to transfer installed packages from pc to laptop? or to copy a Ubuntu system from pc to laptop (my laptop has a broken or non supported modem) and my internet connection is woefully slow.

yes its possible. The easiest seems to be the reconstructor[1].
