Problem of reconnecting Reliance EVDO data card

If i once disconnect EVDO data card i am not able to connect it again from the menu., i have to remove and plug in again to get it connected,
every time i have to do the same to make it work.,
what is the solution?

there is nothing wrong. that is how it works on any system.

pls enter in a terminal command as follows

lsusb

and copy/paste its output here.

what ubuntu release are you using ? pls copy/paste from a terminal output of

uname -a

command. tu.
