cant access the internet no lan drivers 10.4

I cannot access the internet
when i click the connection icon i found this message (no network device available)
My laptop is:
Dell inspiron N3010
Processor : intel core i 3 220m
Ram: 2 GB DDR 3
Ethernet card: Atheros AR8152 fast ethernet card
Wireless card: DW 1501 wireless-N WLAN half mini card
I am trying to install Ubuntu 10.4
both cards are not working and it seems to be a driver problem but i did not found the drivers

Your ethernet card was only added very recently to the linux kernel. If you could download/install the 3(headers-all image-$arch, headers-$arch) 2.6.36 kernel packages installed on your system, I think it would work.

Thanks Dave I thought this will work
I installed the 10.10 version of Ubuntu and the Ethernet card works will
and the wireless also works will by a closed source driver from Broadcom
the only trouble is in the Bluetooth now
