how do i find out if my linus is 64 bit?

I need to download thw adobe player and I do not know which system I have.I just it I am used to using windows so I am lost

 go to system =admin. =system monitor the first tab will tell you .
to do adobe go to applications =software center =in the little window at the top right type adobe flash . it will bring up a list check to see that adobe flash plug in and adobe flash plug in installer .
 then you need to see if you have open6 java run time installed .
