This looks like it is published for windows only. If you already have the software, you can try using wine to run the windows version -- though it can be hit and miss.

Otherwise, you may want to talk to your siemens sales representative.

or install virtualbox (not ose edition) from here: http://www.virtualbox.org/wiki/Downloads

and install win on a virtual pc created with virtualbox then install Siemens software on it...
