I have recieved a notice from india airport authority and customs , on recieving your ubuntu cd rom parcel i have to submit some documents or else i will be taken severe action . what is this . help me out

this is unfair . im just a student and how can i submit those kind of proofs . they sent a notice specifying appropriate action will be taken .
