Where can I post a list of all the issues that I would like to be resolved in next ubuntu versions?

gparted works worse than in Dapper
SDcards gets distroyed in internal reader
webcam is not supported
multifunction printer/scanner support (lexmark)
alsa is unstable (1 of 4 boots i do not have sound)
active sync equivalent for synchronizing and installing of pocket PC
a list of 3rd party repositories to choose in synaptic

You should file each problem as a separate bug on https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/, after searching to make absolutely sure the same problem hasn't already been reported. Provide as much detail as possible, and follow the procedure laid out on https://help.ubuntu.com/community/ReportingBugs.
