How handle bugs speciffic to a package version
Asked by
Andrey Bondarenko
Ubuntu have several supported versions of package at a time. For example as of 2010-10: 08.10, 09.10, 10.04, 10.10). These releases could contain different versions of a package. A bug could affect only some versions, but not the others. Take for example #560803 for sqldeveloper-
Should the bug be marked as fixed or it must be left open? Is there a way to mark bug as fixed in one release, but keep it open in another?
