will not install AVG anti-virus for some reason i cannot install itinto my computer.

i tried to download and install avg anti-virus. i continously get an archeive manager error.

 Are you running a server for windows customers? If not wht would you want to install antivirus software, and any way that is a windows product.

you can't install AVG or any other antivirus software written for windoze on ubuntu, as it attaches to and replaces specific segments of code in windoze.
