GNU source installer inclusion

New GNU Source Installer is out it helps installation.There are so many work to be done on this installer project,as mos tof the ubuntu users are not connected to to internet,packages they recieve from the cd's via magazine is of RPM type not of DEB this installer helps install RPM eaasiy.
This tool is needed to include in distribution.
