What version of ubuntu is recomended for web-server use?

At the moment ubuntu LTS is a fantastic release for a webserver as its supported for much longer (via security updates and bugfixes) than the latest version of ubuntu (at the moment 7.04), but the software in 6.06 is slightly old now so if you *need* newer software you may need to use the latest version of ubuntu.

and of course the server version of ubuntu is generally recommended for web-servers :)
