System hang when switch off and on nokia mobile

System hanging that is keyboard and touch pad not working when my nokia mobile connected via usb to access internet.working fine .when the mobile switch off during working due to battery.please help

Try these boot options in varying combinations, the order doesn't matter:

i8024.reset
and/or
i8024.nomux=1
and/or
irqpoll

I cant under stand there.please help in detail.also the only way to switch off system is hard reset during problem
