need to install Ubuntu on my Zonbu mini?

no help from Zonbu, my mini is dead. is it possible to install Ubuntu on this mini to totally leave Zonbu??
Please help, need this computer for granddaughter who just began high school.

Apparently, no reason why it wouldn't work on a Zonbu mini. If there is a CD driver, just download the burn the LiveCD and try it.

thurs 7:30p , trying to burn Ubuntu to cd. will be back in touch with results.
