Lenovo Y410 Ubuntu Drivers

I just installed Ubuntu on my lenovo Y410 laptop. However, my dvd player doesnt play dvds, I can't find drivers or software to use my webcam. i pod touch doesnt work, kensington docking stationK33930us doesnt work, card reader wont import photos. I would love to run Ubuntu 10.04 LTS but need help

Lets start with DVD's. Open a terminal and run or copy and paste this

sudo apt-get install libdvdread4

sudo /usr/share/doc/libdvdread4/install-css.sh

With a simple websearch or 2 you would have found this:

To sort playing DVD.
