Laptop can't boot from USB key

My laptop doesn't have the option to boot from a usb key. Should I burn a cd with the netbook script or maybe a dvd? I'm trying to burn a cd but it is taking HOURS to burn. Can anyone help please?

You can burn the ISO to a CD and boot that. Make sure you MD5 test it BEFORE using it to check consistency and completeness.
