when i tried to enter root shell prompt ,it shows enter head password. so,what can i do

last time i asked about superpassword in case of forgotting the password.after your advice ,i enter ubuntu(recovery mode), then i enter in the drop to root shell prompt.
but , then it shows enter head password .since,i don't know the password ,so,what can i do.

You have set the root password somewhere. This is not supported by the community.

You could boot to liveCD and chroot to the installed system to then change your password.

Can you help with this problem?
