I want information about certain files

I want information about the following system log files, what they log and how to easily analyse the logs,

auth.log, daemon.log, debug, dmesgdpkg.log, fontconfig.log, kern.log, messages, udev, user.log

Also, pls tell me which field lies after the User Agent coloumn, in apache2 log.
