Usb Boot took over computer
Asked by
Alex Cutler
This is my first time even trying a linux system so I just wanted to try it. I downloaded the newest netbook version used the universal usb installer to put it on my pendrive. When I boot it it goes to a screen and says cannot mount cd and then reads the usb drive and goes to a prompt. I did get Ubuntu to boot once so far the big problem is when I remove the usb drive it still tries to boot ubuntu instead of booting windows is there a way to remove the boot menu so it just goes to windows again without having to format the whole drive.
