What dependancy is need to enable track transfer for Rhythmbox?

After compiling Rhythmbox 11.2.0, the log tells me that Track Transfer is disabled. I've look high and low for the dependency to enable track transfer, but haven't had any luck. Anyone know what it is?

Are you trying to transfer it to a ipod or a different MP3 player?
