ubuntu 10.10 can't find any server

I accidentally changed the update server in the synaptic package manager and I don't know how to reset it,
Can someone please tell me how to correct this?

Jay Lew,

Start synaptic Package Manager:
<Applications>,... <system>,... <SynapticPacketManager>,...

in the menu, select
[Settings]
[Sources]

There change the field "Download from..."
to either <Main Server> or to the name of your country

<OK> and reload the Package-Descriptions.
