Can I install xampp using the Ubuntu Software Center?

I am having trouble installing xampp. Is there an easy way to do it?

I have successfully downloaded xampp per the instructions on the page you sent me. I can now get the default index.html page that prints "It works!" on my browser. Thanks.

The problem I have now is that I can't figure how to get to the file that I need to put my content into. Any thoughts on that?
