i want to delete multiple emails

So on even the most basic webmail service there is a column of boxes to check if your want to move or delete multiple messages. However with every email client (including evolution) i cant seem to find an obvious way to do the same thing. Does it exist in Evolution or is this my unintended attempt to ask for a new feature?

you can select multiple emails at once by holding down the ctrl button as you click them, you can then delete them by pressing your delete button
