xubuntu installation

well im on my pc and im trying to install xubuntu for my laptop but i downloaded it from a mirror and when i open it with WinImage it shows a lot of files but i dont know where to go to download it i looked in the install folder but i dont get to open then cause there BIN files does any 1 know what i can, do should i download it from some where else if so tell me plz!!!!!

You need to burn this image on a CD (select "burn as image", not "data" or "bootable disk").
Insert the CD in your CD drive and reboot. Make sure it starts from the CD to launch the installer.
