http://www.pendrivelinux.com/boot-multiple-iso-from-usb-multiboot-usb/

You can make an ISO of the final thing and burn it. That just uses a USB for the final item

FYI, 32bit will run on 64bit CPUs. They may need to install the PAE kernel but it can and will run.

You could customize to ISO to add the PAE kernel and remove the generic, then burn that ISO

Sure it does. If you install linux-image-generic-pae as a package it will upgrade like any other kernel. What makes you think the PAE kernel doesn't get updates!!?

some one told me that pae kernel is custom made
so i though that it had no supports
