problem installing Dell 942 printer

I have had no success installing my Dell 942 printer on Feisty. It shows up on the Printers wizard but there are no drivers. I have heard that Lexmark makes this printer but I don't know the equivalent model number. I am a newcomer to Ubuntu and Linux, so any instructions should be very specific and step-by step. Thanks!

It's a lexmark made printer but there's no lexmark direct equivalent but, there is no one drv for one printer. They make a drv disk that covers a series of printers.
Dell only supply windows drv's for your printer. Funny thing is that dells ubuntu models don't come with printers.
I can only think that Gutsy Gibbon forthcoming release might help.
I'm hoping that it solves my scanner problem....can't find drv!
