No sound from Kaffeine on Ububtu 6-0-6

I am unable to hear the sound from either dvd or cd when going thru Kaffeine.(but I do have 2 dvds that I can hear Ok)
Audio Cds are ok when going thru cd player.
Can you help me please.

PS:I've tried using other os like xandros, mepis and i do not have a problem.

For New Users: Stable Release

The 3.021 release supports:

    * Ubuntu/Kubuntu/Xubuntu
    * Breezy/Dapper
    * x86/powerpc/amd64

EasyUbuntu bugs related to installing Flash and Java on Kubuntu systems have been fixed.

Copy paste the code below in terminal to get and run EasyUbuntu. this will give you all the codecs you need to have sound in any format remember to check all the boxs and press ok.

wget http://easyubuntu.freecontrib.org/files/easyubuntu-3.021.tar.gz
tar -zxf easyubuntu-3.021.tar.gz
cd easyubuntu
sudo python easyubuntu.in
