Making an install CD of Ubuntu with personalized desktop icons integrated within the CD.

I am trying to install ubuntu on a laptop and I want to have my personal preloaded desktop icons (such as having a link to twitter already loaded on my desktop) built into the install cd. I know how to get Ubuntu on a cd my question is how do you intergrate personal items into the install CD?
