Looking for a CAD/Graphics format converter for Ubuntu

Asked by Allen

I need to convert JEPG's and or BMP's to DXF, DWG's of even IGES files.

A more inclusive converter would be fine, or even helpful.

Thank you for your help.

Img2cad looks like just what I'm looking for.

I know nothing about "Wine", seen it mentioned hear a few times but being new to this OS I'm Unfamiliar with many of it's ins and outs.
How do I learn more about it.
I do hope it isn't something too deep or complex.
I have little time for steep learning curve at the moment.

Thanks, Allen
