computer keeps shutting down-started when i tried update manager

My computer keeps shutting down. I might need to vacuum it out. Iy doesn't shut down doing games, only accessing email or internet, It started when I went into update manager. What do I do on update manager to stop computer from shutting down?

Normally, your computer will not do a shutdown task when you're onto update manager.

You can observe any errors by doing update on the Terminal (Ctrl+Alt+T) and issue the command:

sudo apt-get update && sudo apt-get upgrade

Please deeply check you ram memory

press shift at Ubuntu boot when you see the man in the circle icon and use the memtest menu item please run this test for many hours i suggest you to test for all night long, or stop it and replace your damage ram if you ger errors.

Hi,

Its problem being with internet or email. if your system shutting down while your using email, then try with different browser.
