Ubuntu

I have burned a cd with netrunner2. How do I install using the terminal?

I'm trying to install netrunner2 on my sons PC.
Unfortunately it does not have a booter in it.

So I'm trying to install it from the terminal.

sudo apt-get install netrunner-desktop.

Does not work. Any body know how
to do this.

netrunner2 is not Ubuntu / KUbuntu / EdUbuntu or the netbook edition so is therefore not supported here

actionparsnip it was listed in the ubuntu weekly news as a os to look at along with some others . they were all built off ubuntu .

xbuntu , kubuntu and lubuntu are derivates of ubuntu and get support depending of who answers there question . so why not ?

greg we answer on xubuntu, kubuntu, ubuntu-studio because they are included into repository as meta-packages and lubuntu is near to be included

 they can all use the same repostiory , and do from what i have read so far .
  but i under stand your answer . some times these installs can miss lead a person .
