installing ubuntu logged in then asked to use sudo command

I 've decided not use ubuntu instead I installed Linux Puppy 2.0.5 it at least is a bit easier but after installing it I ran the Linux puppy without the CD and it was fine then I restarted the computer and got error 15.

Please tell some of your pc why you are installing not more supported 6.02 Ubuntu or totally unsupported here Puppy ?

I have a Dell Dimension L466c Bios A01 processor Celeron 466mhz and 128 MB
ram I still have the Ubuntu installed but after installing Puppy I got error
15 I think its because grub wasn't installed properly any suggestions?

I think I can install grub and I think puppy 2.0.5 is on the hard drive but I can't find it in gparted, because I use the live CD to boot it up then remove the CD and it works fine unless is it possible the The OS puppy is running off of the Ram?
