this is a bug in the ubuntu html site code apparently.
I have been running 64bits for over 5 years.

this should be changed by Ubuntu representatives

There are quite few problems with some applications on 64-bit Linux. Most of these include games and many emulators. Many applications do not run properly on Wine under 64-bit Linux. Running 64-bit also doubles the RAM usage in many cases, as both the 32-bit and 64-bit libraries must be loaded.

64-bit Linux is close to being mainstream, but there are very few benefits that end-users will see when running 64-bit, aside from increased RAM if they have more than 4GB. They will likely come across the issues with Flash, and perhaps the issues with games (mostly emulators) and Wine. I agree with Ubuntu's decision to present 32-bit as default.

Can you help with this problem?
