How do I setup and use fluxbox

I am having trouble with my system. I need to use fluxbox, but I cannot seem to get it to work. I have been all over the internet, but to no avail. Can someone please walk me through seting it up and getting it to work. I am brand new to linux, so go easy on the terminology.

open a terminal (Applications -> Accessories -> Terminal) then type:

sudo apt-get update; sudo apt-get install fluxbox

It will then install, log off then on the login screen click your username then look at the bottom of the screen. Instead of Gnome, select Fluxbox. Then type your password to log in.
