changing the writing into the right side?

am using Ubuntu in Arab world and we use to type from right to the left?
so how can change the typing location from my Ubuntu 10.04? even though I installed the Arabic Script.
and in aMSN its not working too, when I type it give me letters only not words.
Its important to fix the matter because a lot of people in the Arab world would love to have Ubuntu 10.04 if this problem solved.
