How to make all users have the same settings ?

Asked by Ashish Raj Arora

I have the 9.10 LTS karmic Koala,
I have made several changes to my existing desktop - like adding AWN , Customised panels, compiz settings etc... But whenever I create a new user it has all the default settings - Is there any way to keep the customized settings for all and any new users I create ?

When I create a new user, My exisiting AWN settings, launchers, panel settings, theme, background , colour , compiz settings , etc should all be there even when I log in the first time into a new user account.

you can copy the settings from one user to another. open the home folder, press CTRL+h and you can then copy the folders from your account to others.

Can you help with this problem?
