accessing smart boot manger main screen

Asked by Lorenzo Tom James

I installed ubuntu alongside windows xp-pro.After doing so,I discovered Ubuntu offered no obvious means to boot back to windows,so I downloaded smart boot manger 3.x.However,due to my ignorance I neglected to set the auto-delay.Therefore,during start-up SMB just rolls on by despite my efforts of pressing various keys and key combinations including the CONTROL key.Is there anyway I can access SMB main screen from the terminal window?Or is there any means available to allow me to get in again?
