Just want to open Trash, is all, no one knows

Asked by Pepe

I got a lot of mumbo jumbo from the wrong people. My fault I guess. But I just want to open Trash. I have been doing just fine on 8.04, 8.10, 9.04 and now 9.10, But today it was no go. I then notice 173 MB in there. Maybe cannot hold? I simply do not know much about this. What little I knew was working all right for a couple years. - Now Windows beckons. - Thanks.

Pepe,

What is not working?

Normally you left-click on the lower-right garbage icon and a window will open to show what is in the trash folder.

You can also go to this same folder by clicking on -Places- -Home Folder- and then clicking on the right hand side trash folder.

When the trash folder is shown, it will give you an option to click on Empty Trash

Regards,

Marco
