help change the text back to black on white from white on black

Asked by Steve Cook

I have Ubuntu installed on a Dell Optiplex GX620. All the programs changed to a black background with white text. How do I change it back to normal; black text on white?

Check with the settings in Settings > Appearance application. Pick a theme that looks good and choose to Customize. You may find a setting that fixes things.

If you're in Terminal, try Edit > Profile Preferences. There are lots of options.

Best of luck.
