codecs

How do you install the codecs for the mplayer or kaffenine to open wmv (Windows media files)? Please explain.

I really love Ubuntu and want to make it my main OS as I am tired of the Windows Crashing.

You can also try easyubuntu ( http://easyubuntu.freecontrib.org/ ), it installs easily lots of codecs.
