disable usb device (webcam) by ID

I have 2 webcams and want to disable one of them (buildin):

[ 12.087368] uvcvideo: Found UVC 1.00 device Laptop Integrated Webcam (05a9:2640)
[ 12.093251] uvcvideo: Found UVC 1.00 device Microsoft® LifeCam Cinema(TM) (045e:075d)

as far as I know /etc/modprobe.d/blacklist.conf allows to disable driver completely, but I need to disable only one usb device.
is there a way to do that?
