netbook remix upgrade from cd

I am using ubuntu netbook remix 9.10 and willing to upgrade to 10.04. Problem is I don't have internet connection but I have ubuntu netbook remix 10.04 cd. Is it possible to upgrade from that cd?

As far as i know cd upgrade i possible from alternate cd..., thing is I want to upgrade to netbook remix, not to desktop or anything else

uninstall 9.1 and try 10, update and upgrade cannot be really done properly whithout internet.

Can you help with this problem?
