Intel P35 Chipset support

Created the BootCD from the PCFormat DVD, Ubuntu 7.04 Feisty Fawn.
Installing on a Intel PD35PD Dragontail Motherboard with Intel E6550 CPU.
Boots up to Menu, then I choose the 1st or 2nd installtion option.
Loading Linux Kernel appears for 5sec, then Fails while busy loading.
Error: /bin/sh: can't access tty; job control turned off
(initramfs)
Phoned Intel with my problem and they checked and reported that P35 Chipset is not supported yet.
If this is the case, when will it be ready?
