How to use this Ubuntu Forum?

Hello,
Maybe I'm a dummy - but I can't seem to understand how to use Ubuntu Forum.
How does one ask questions?
I just installed Ubuntu 10.04, and so far I think it's great. I have a lot to learn - such as what is this sudo thing? Is this Ubuntu's Add or Remove Programs?
I am using Rhythmbox and think it's terrific - much better than Windows Media Player.

To usse Ubuntu forums you havev to be registered.Pick up your nick and password and here you are.Before asking look at forums if answer to yout question is allready given.If not feel free to ask and someone will help you.Enjoy Ubuntu!
